How Does Payment on Delivery Work? 

See the final painting on delivery, only pay if you are happy with it. During painting, we will have the painting sent to you.

Are These Real Paintings Or Prints?

All products sold are real paintings, painted with acrylic or oil based paints. We do not print artwork or do semi-painted/print works. These are original artworks. 

What Happens After Placing An Order?

After placing an order, we will contact you to confirm further details if required. Otherwise we will send multiple digital illustrations which our artist will use as reference when painting. 

 

Once painting is complete, a photo of the painting is sent. We will require 2 weeks to dry the painting.

Are Paintings Sent on Canvas? 

Yes paintings are sent on canvas and are ready to hang on your wall. 

What If I am Not Happy With My Painting?

We send photos throughout multiple stages of the painting process, although if you are not happy with the painting then you are not obliged to pay for it.
